Smoked Meatloaf is easy peasy. Some tips- use 80-20 mix and smoke to internal 150F. There will be carryover temp to get you to 160F and it’ll be juicy and cooked perfectly. Swap out ketchup for your favorite BBQ sauce. I used @sbrbbq
