At the Dollar Store You can find some good stuff for BBQ.
For one, the 30 pack of aluminum foil sheets are great for lining your kettle when cooking fatty foods like chicken thighs or bacon. For 3.3 cents per sheet it’s an easy way to keep your kettle clean and avoid grease fires. At the Dollar Store at Gloucester Crossing they also have a steakhouse seasoning for $1 that is pretty much a straight knock-off of Montreal steak seasoning that costs around $5. Total no-brainers. I also bought a Memphis style BBQ rub that is on a pork butt that has a couple hours left on my pit. If it’s good I’m going back today and am going to buy about twenty bottles. It smells great. But I’ll update you once I try it for myself.
